We will talk through your individual goals, test your current levels of fitness and then build a bespoke training plan to suit your individual goals and needs. Our training approach is always friendly and conversational, with session delivery that is easy to follow and open to any queries you may have. Basing training plans on the current research means we can always give you a good reason why you are doing what you are doing!

These plans can then be delivered within the familiar surroundings of your own home, outdoors in local parks or at a friendly local studio in hedge end. We also offer programmes tailor made to develop athletic potential! Having a degree background in Applied Sports Science means I can use modern scientific techniques to test your current levels of fitness, build a plan to suit the individual needs of your sport and then coach in a professional and structured way to get you ready for any race or competition. Whether that is the race for life or Sailing round the world!
