As well as one-to-one personal training we can also offer group sessions of 2 people or more. Including training as a sports team or groups training towards an event together.
Our Personal Training packages can be structured to suit you! We offer anything from one hour a week up to as many as you can handle! (with discounts on bulk buying packages). For your convenience all equipment can be brought to you, and training can be carried out within the comfort of your own home or garden!
Alternatively if you feel like you need a bit more bang for your buck (or simply don’t have the space at home), Orchard PT recently secured access to The Mintyard, an exclusive, personal training gym based in Hedge End!

We can help you increase your fitness and performance in the lead up to a sporting event. Or maybe you are a keen cyclist and want to improve your fitness. We have experience in helping clients train to perform to the best of their ability in a range of sporting activities including Skiing, Swimming cycling and many more.

If you are planning for your big day then you’ll know that it can be a very stressful experience. Personal Training can give you an outlet to let off all that steam after arguing with the in-laws about table decorations! (Plus when you do reach the big day you will feel amazing and look incredible in your dress or Suit) We even offer group training tailored towards the Bride & Bridesmaids or Groom & Groomsmen so you can even make it a fun thing to all do together.
