I started training with Matt in May 2013. I came to him with significant lower back disc issues. A year earlier I had attempted to complete gym sessions under a different instructor, however I had been unable to continue due to severe sciatic pain.

Matt created a very gradual tailored programme (including cardio and weights) which has enabled me to now live a relatively pain and drug free existence and more importantly enjoy exercise again.

Matt is an excellent trainer, he researched my back injuries independently and created a tailored plan to best address them. Matt is an excellent PT option, especially if you are suffering from any long term injury.
